General contractual conditions
The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the GTC) contain the general terms and conditions of the contractual relationship between the persons using the katicaillenyi.com website (hereinafter referred to as the website) as visitors (hereinafter referred to collectively as the User) and the website operator (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider).
By using any of the services of the website (e.g. browsing the site, sending messages, hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Service"), the User accepts and acknowledges the GTC as binding upon him/her, and the parties hereby enter into a Contract.
The GTC shall be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of the Hungarian legislation, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (Civil Code), Act XLVIII of 2008 on the Basic Conditions and Certain Restrictions of Economic Advertising Activities and Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information. The binding provisions of the relevant legislation shall apply to the parties without any specific stipulation.
By using the services of the website, a contract is concluded electronically between the Service Provider and the User, which is governed by Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services and Government Decree 17/1999 (II.5.).
Contracts for the Service are not written contracts, are not filed, are concluded in electronic form only, the language of the contracts is Hungarian, and do not refer to a code of conduct. The conclusion of the contract is evidenced by the electronically stored data and the data relating to the services used.
The Service Provider will publish any changes to the GTC on its website. The amended GTC shall be effective from the date of publication. By using any Service after the date of the amendment, the User accepts the amendment to the TOS. If the User does not accept the amended terms and conditions, he may terminate his contract by giving notice of extraordinary termination in writing within 8 days of the date on which the amendments enter into force.

The Owner reserves all rights in and to the website, any part thereof and the content displayed thereon, as well as the distribution of the website.
You may not download, otherwise use, process or sell the content of the katicaillenyi.com website or any part of it without the written consent of the Owner.
Any material from the katicaillenyi.com website and its database may be reproduced with written consent only by linking to the website.
