Illényi Katica: Jubilate Musica - A concert of joy on voice, violin and theremin

In the varied programme, you fly almost imperceptibly on the wings of music, between different genres. Works by J.S. Bach, Fritz Kreisler, Saint-Saëns, Jenő Hubay, Astor Piazzolla, Zoltán Kodály and Béla Bartók are joined by popular gospel songs, and one of the highlights of the evening is the performance of the theremin - a magical instrument that sounds without touch, with the movement of the hand in the air. During Advent and for church concerts, the programme is enhanced with works that are in keeping with the Advent season. Rita Termes, associate professor at the Academy of Music and the University of Theatre and Film Arts Jubilate Musica! - We wish you all a joyful evening! The performance will be accompanied by piano. In Hungarian, English and German. 70 minutes.
