Illényi Katica: Tango and Love - with piano accompaniment

The repertoire has been put together in such a way that we move almost imperceptibly from genre to genre, from jazz to classical, through light music and its genres to tango and film music. Piazzolla's tangos, world hits and gems of classical violin literature are sung, played on violin and theremin. The programme also includes works by Liszt, Bartók, Saint Saens, Morriccone and John Williams, as well as chansons by Péter Máté and Edith Piaf. Running time: 80 minutes, without intermission. Piano accompanist depends on the date of the performance. We work with the following artists: Rita Termes, Associate Professor at the University of Theatre and Film Arts István Bundzik, head of the jazz department at the Béla Bartók Music Conservatory in Miskolc Péter Sárik, Ferenc Erkel Prize-winning composer, leader of the multi Fonogram Prize-winning Péter Sárik Trio
